Hello there!
My name is Sarah Langer, I am an illustrator and artist based in Hamburg, Germany. I love textured paintings, wonky typography, floral patterns, random paper scraps and messy drawings. After having finished my degree in German and English literature I started studying illustration at HAW Hamburg in 2022.
My work is deeply inspired by childish nonsense, folklore, but first and foremost, mundane everyday life. On my mostly analogue creative journey I gravitate towards acrylic paint, crayons, ink, charcoal and papercut.
